2014 PIS Client Engagement Award

Four years running now, JBS has won the PIS Client Engagement Award. Our unique and interactive relationships we have with our clients are the driving forces that allowed us this opportunity.

We communicate with our clients in a number of ways including the standard face-to-face meeting and telephone but we expand on this to include social media like facebook, twitter and linkedin, and also produce our own videos and have completed around 300 in the last 12 months alone. We also hold client seminars and have started to utilise skype for client meetings. We have Ernie – our electronic pen – that captures the discussions in client meetings so we do not miss a thing. We produce weekly market update newsletters and fortnightly financial newsletters for client, colleges and friends.
